OUR RETURN POLICY

What’s not Returnable?

  • Please note that all of our boxes are sealed with tape. If the tape is torn or removed, the product is considered opened and is not eligible for return.
  • Opened products are not returnable.
  • Products in boxes with broken seals are not returnable.
  • Items not purchased at www.shopanyas.com
  • Items without an order number or a packing slip.
  • Gift Card Returns: No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a gift card (final sale).
  • Returned Items without a tracking number 

How do I return unopened products?

  • Unopened product return requests must be submitted within 5-days of delivery by contacting us via email.
  • Unopened product/s being returned must be mailed or shipped within 14-days of the date the return was authorised by Anyas Customer Service Team.
  • Unopened product/s being returned must be mailed or shipped with a tracking number, this tracking number needs to be sent with your confirmation of shipping to info@shopanyas.com with the subject being your order number.
  • If the returned product(s) is opened and/or damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If you have initiated the return after the 5-day period has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If we have not received your return within 14-days, you will not be eligible for a refund.

You have a 5-day window to request a return starting from the day you receive your item.

For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note returns applies to one bottle, do not purchase bulk product packs.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that we do not accept items sent back to us without prior return authorization.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the items. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to rectify it.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

If you have any concerns about the return eligibility of your specific item, please reach out to us.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

The quickest way to ensure that you receive the desired item is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
